A strange, green-haired man wearing white was spotted by some of our agents, Lieutenant. He appeared to be loitering around one of our bases of operation, drawing something. One guard asked him to leave immediately, and caught a glimpse of his drawing. It was of a house in the stars. Our best recreation has been sent to your office. Gadget also was nearby, and he started walking towards the strange man just as our staff looked his way. He was very cooperative, having chosen to leave immediately, and his demeanor was described as sweet, savory, solvent and smooth. I don't know how those apply here either. Perhaps it will make sense at another point in time.
As Gadget escorted him off the premises, the former leaned in close to the latter to say something. We aren't sure what precisely transpired there. The man's briefcase, which turned out to be the third missing artifact to the mystery man's surprise, was taken into custody by Gadget. Strangely, it was empty, despite what our anonymous tip about the artifacts would have suggested. The notebook was taken as evidence by Columbo.
